    Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

     

    2. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
